This year we started the 4th of July on Thursday with my family in Owasso. The 4th of July is my favorite holiday so I love to take advantage of all the festivities! We joined my parents, sister, brother-in-law and niece at Stone Canyon. There was a live band, hot dog stand, homemade ice cream stand, snow cone stand & a few others. We listened to music, watched the girls run around & caught up with some old friends. The girls boogied the night away….we all took turns sitting right by the band as they danced their little hearts out! When the sun went down it was finally time for the fireworks to begin!! Tess was so worn out by then she was trying to keep her eyes open to watch them light up the sky. On Friday, we headed to Pawhuska to see Ty’s family. We spent the weekend eating, swimming, eating, building blocks, eating, watching movies and did I mention eating? I really gained 5lbs while I was there, no joke! We enjoyed our time relaxing and making memories with the girls. Ty and I put on a little fireworks show for the girls. Tess loved throwing snappers down and hearing them pop! We had a great 4th of July and enjoyed getting to see everyone!
